- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools and other integration patterns.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scoped applications, ACLs, and platform security.
- Experience customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Implement Core Configuration Elements: Develop and maintain client-side and server-side scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Flow Designer/Workflow components.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, Implementation Specialist Certified, and/or ServiceNow Admin (Advanced).
- Wking knowledge of JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.js, jQuery, or Jelly
- Strng problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Maintain Documentation: Produce and update technical documentation, configuration notes, and operational support materials.
- Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues: Diagnose and remediate defects, configuration issues, and performance problems across multiple modules.
