What are the responsibilities and job description for the Informatica MDM Consultant position at VySystems?
Job Description:
- Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) applications based on identified architecture and support implementation of design by resolving complex technical issues faced by the IT project team during development, deployment, and support.
- Provide production system operations and maintenance (O&M) support for end-users, applications, infrastructure, or network services. Troubleshoot existing information systems, application, middleware, or networks to identify errors or deficiencies.
- Make recommendations and influence long-term technology strategy and planning for multiple business units.
- Assist in the development and analysis of source selection strategies. Serve as a consultant and escalation point for issues.
- Provide technical analyses to help define, assess, and monitor the technical aspects of the program/project or service.
- Design innovative solutions using new technologies.
- Recommend short-term alternatives when appropriate.
- Work with vendors during the problem-resolution process as needed. Provides technical expertise across business functions. Identify opportunities to improve business processes via new technologies.
