Events Assistant

We are seeking a professional and responsible Events Assistant to join our team. As an Events Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring the event sales teams operate efficiently and follows all company guidelines and procedures. You will assist the managers with training and managing employees and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has fantastic people skills and a passion for brand ambassador work.

Responsibilities
  • Sell products to patrons
  • Inventory management
  • Greet customers warmly and develop rapport to encourage repeat business
  • Assist management with hiring, training, and monitoring employee performance
  • Foster a positive work environment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous retail or entertainment venue experience is valued but not required
  • Competent written communication skills
  • Excellent team building and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and social skills
