About the Role
We’re seeking energetic, driven, and sports-savvy individuals to join our fast-growing call center team specializing in sports betting and online gaming marketing.
As part of our player activation and reactivation team, you’ll speak directly with players to reactivate inactive accounts, introduce exclusive promotions, and drive engagement across top sports betting and social casino brands.
What You’ll Do- Make outbound calls to players who have registered or previously played on partner platforms.
- Present current offers, promotions, and bonuses in a clear and exciting way.
- Build rapport with customers, understand their gaming preferences, and encourage them to play again.
- Maintain accurate call logs, outcomes, and conversion data in the CRM.
- Work with management to improve call strategies and campaign performance.
- Previous sales, customer service, or call center experience (required).
- Passion for sports and gaming — familiarity with betting platforms like FanDuel, DraftKings, or BetMGM is a plus.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls confidently.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, positive attitude.
