Role Description
This is an on-site contract role located in Richmond, VA for an Incident Manager. The Incident Manager provide Incident Response Services, traffic control and Minor Unplanned and Planned Maintenance for the EAST OPERATION AREA of the Richmond District's Interstate Maintenance North, on an as needed basis, in accordance with the specifications. The Contractor shall furnish such services in Chesterfield, Henrico, Powhatan and Goochland counties, and the City of Richmond and Colonial Heights on Interstate and Primary routes.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Incident Management and Incident Response processes
- Proficiency in Problem Management and Analytical Skills to determine root causes and drive resolutions
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
