VVS Canteen is seeking a motivated, customer focused Food Service Manager to oversee functions of the employee cafeteria at the Tyson Plant in Columbus Junction, Iowa.. The ideal candidate will have extensive food service experience, a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills and the ability to lead 15-20 employees.
Job Duties:
- Oversee 15-20 employees on a daily basis including: hiring, training, discipline, and terminations.
- Follow weekly menus and recipes to be served to our customers.
- Follow all Food Safety Protocol.
- Complete operation functions such as ordering, inventory management, and scheduling.
- Compete any other tasks related to the overall operation of a commercial kitchen facility.
