Plant Manager
Due to retirement, we have an opportunity available for a zealous leader with a contagious passion for creating environmentally friendly products that are of the highest quality for consumers. The professional much enjoy driving a culture focused on high performance while keeping a collaborative, friendly, and engaging work environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Drive overall operational efficiency in this high-volume manufacturing environment
- Lead, guide, and mentor management staff to their full potential
- Utilize KPIs to develop strategy, execute strategy that will lower costs, increase production, improve quality, and boost profitability
- Create budgets and manage operations within budget
- Work closely with finance on P&L data to implement changes and resolve problems
- Manage all manufacturing operations including production, engineering, maintenance, finance, quality, and materials logistics
- Oversee the management of all projects including major capital projects
Requirements include:
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience working in the pulp / paper manufacturing industries
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvements / Operational efficiency
- Management experience and excellent leadership skills
