THE ROLE
Our US Direct Sales & Service team is looking for individuals with great attitudes and exceptional work ethic to join our team. Our team commits to creating the best experience for our customers before, during and after purchasing our products- no two customers are the same! The ideal candidate will be willing to work full-time, within a 7-day rotating roster and have availability to work into the Christmas period. No two days are the same! You will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether it be helping to buy their dream product, or helping with getting it all set up for a special day!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inbound and outbound sales & customer service enquiries.
- Engage with our customers across several platforms: live chat, phone, email & showroom located at Farmers Branch in Dallas, TX.
- Identify opportunities to add value to every customer's experience.
- Meeting and exceeding KPI targets with a focus on call quality and customer experience.
- Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to returns, warranty claims, troubleshooting and other after-sales enquiries.
