As a key member of Vultron, you will:
- Own architecture across backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI systems.
- Define and deliver scalable, secure, performant foundations for 10x growth.
- Make critical technical decisions with clear tradeoff analysis.
- Build, lead, and retain high-caliber engineers who love their work
- Cultivate a strong engineering culture focused on speed, impact, and continuous learning.
- Establish pragmatic development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools
- Maintain high standards for system reliability, usability, and performance.
- 3-5 years as an engineering manager with full-stack responsibility.
- Track record delivering user-facing products (AI/ML experience is a plus).
- Experience leading and growing high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong technical judgment and project management skills.
- Proven ability to balance technical excellence with shipping velocity.
- Experience working with customers, sales, or support teams.
- Must be located in the SF Bay Area or be willing to relocate.
- $180K – $300K, offers equity.
