What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at Vulcan Wellness & Aesthetics?
Vulcan Wellness & Aesthetics is a modern medical practice specializing in weight loss, hormone optimization, and medical aesthetics. We are growing and looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team.
This role is best suited for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, and able to stay on schedule in a fast-paced clinic while maintaining a high-end patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient intake efficiently and accurately
- Prepare and administer injections (vitamins, peptides, and other treatments)
- Assist with medical aesthetic treatments and hormone procedures
- Maintain precise, timely charting
- Assist providers with patient care and treatment plans
- Ensure a smooth, elevated experience for every patient
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Ability to draw blood confidently and efficiently
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy
- Professional, polished, and patient-focused
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Bonus (not required):
- Experience in aesthetics, wellness, or hormone therapy
- Injection or IV therapy experience
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- No weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
- $30/hour (non-negotiable)
- No health benefits
- Services and products at cost
- All 11 federal holidays off (6 paid)
- Paid time off accrual: 1 day per year (up to 5 days max)
