Position Overview:
As a Welder based in St. Joseph, MO you will be responsible for performing various production functions using various welding processes, air carbon arcing, cutting torch functions and operating various grinders.
SHIFT: 1st Shift
PAY: $ $27.88
Responsibilities:
- Work individually and as a team with other
- Operate various grinders electric and pneumatic preferred
- Operation and usage of cutting torch
- Operation and usage of Carbon Arc (Arc Air) for removal of defects and dressing
- Operation of bridge cranes preferred
- Use problem solving skills to improve machine productivity and quality.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
Skills:
- Ability to follow job safety analysis and work instructions
- Ability to use all required personal protective equipment
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
