Job Overview
We are seeking a HVAC Technician/Helper to join our team at a site in the Shoals area. This role involves maintaining and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
Repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, thermostats, and electrical components.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during installations and repairs.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with other technicians as needed for complex projects.
Skills
Ability to drive a vehicle for transportation to job sites safely.
Knowledge of HVAC design principles is beneficial.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
