This is a full-time, onsite position, working Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in a secure office environment. Remote work is not available.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to take ownership of their role in supporting the company's success. Employees must demonstrate excellent customer service skills, maintain confidentiality, follow all company policies and procedures, and occasionally exercise independent judgment to complete the job.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and met
- Receive and process incoming service requests via phone and email
- Create service work orders and schedule or dispatch service personnel
- Schedule resources to support standard service contracts and agreements
- Schedule annual life safety inspections (fire alarm, backflow, etc.) per customer agreements and ensure all required inspections are completed
- Perform data entry, generate reports, and maintain organized record storage
- Submit required reports to customers and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
- Proactively follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction with work quality
- Maintain a positive, professional working environment with employees, vendors, and customers
- Handle service appointment and inspection billing in QuickBooks
- Support general service department operations as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some post-secondary education preferred
- Customer service experience in an industrial environment preferred; experience in retail, banking, or insurance also considered
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret customer service contracts
- Familiarity with or experience in Fire Alarm, Access Control, or Security systems, or Construction preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong computer skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate sound judgment, and apply logical thinking
- Willingness to learn through on-the-job training
- Reliable attendance and punctuality required
- Notary Public or the ability to obtain a Notary appointment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Pass a 10-panel drug screening
- Pass a criminal background check
