Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project execution—from preconstruction and permitting through closeout. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong background in managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to spec.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Supervise and coordinate all field activities on commercial construction sites
- Lead crews in the layout, sequencing, and execution of construction tasks
- Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with plans and specifications
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and equipment usage
- Monitor daily progress and maintain accurate logs, reports, and site documentation
- Enforce project schedules, resolve field issues, and maintain productivity benchmarks
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure adherence to project standards and client expectations
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to meet construction goals
- Ability to write and manage new Change Order and Contracts on site.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site
- Lead daily tailgate talks and enforce all site safety protocols
- Experience on Telehandler/Forklift (Preferred)
