About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to support our growing transportation company. This role is critical in keeping our financials accurate, organized, and up to date across multiple entities.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and factoring accounts (RTS, etc.)
- Track loads, invoices, and payments (including BOLs & rate confirmations)
- Record and organize intercompany transactions
- Maintain accurate Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Assist with monthly close and financial reporting
- Work with CPA to ensure books are clean and ready for tax filings
- Maintain organized digital records (contracts, invoices, supporting docs)
Qualifications
- 2 years bookkeeping experience (transportation/logistics preferred)
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
- Understanding of invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to manage multiple companies/entities
- Strong communication and follow-through
Bonus (Not Required but a PLUS)
- Experience with factoring companies (RTS, etc.)
- Familiarity with trucking operations (loads, dispatch, BOLs)
- Experience cleaning up messy books or catching discrepancies
