This isn’t a traditional entry-level sales position. It’s a structured development opportunity where you’ll learn the commercial HVAC industry from experienced professionals while working on real projects across North America.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll work alongside experienced Regional Sales Managers while developing the skills needed to successfully manage your own territory.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting Regional Sales Managers in developing and growing assigned territories.
  • Building relationships with manufacturer’s representatives, consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners.
  • Delivering product presentations, Lunch & Learns, and technical seminars.
  • Identifying new project opportunities and supporting business development activities.
  • Following commercial projects from specification through project award.
  • Working closely with our Application Engineering team to develop technical solutions and quotations.
  • Participating in customer visits, industry events, and trade shows.
  • Learning territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices.

Who We’re Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 0–3 years of professional experience.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory.
  • Previous HVAC experience is not required—we’ll provide the training and mentorship you need to succeed.

  • PTO becomes available for use after a 90-day introductory period.
