Advertising Marketing Analyst with Security Clearance

Overview VTG is seeking a Advertising Marketing Analyst to support projects contributing considerably toward closing the intercept capability gap for state and local law enforcement agencies. This role is 100% onsite in Fredericksburg, VA. What will you do? * The candidate must possess strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, brand promotion, and public relations techniques, as well as an understanding of federal, state, and local law enforcement audiences.

• The individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns, producing promotional materials, and managing communications with law enforcement agencies and industry providers to increase awareness of NDCAC's tools and resources.
• Experience in customer engagement, content creation, and the use of email marketing, social media, and traditional media channels is essential.
• The candidate must be capable of identifying advertising opportunities, selecting appropriate medium for messaging, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting strategies to optimize outreach. Must have excellent writing skills and practical experience in a law enforcement environment. Do you have what it takes? * Must be a US Citizen with a Top Secret clearance. * Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with at least three (3) years of applicable professional experience in advertising, marketing, or communications. VTG's estimated starting pay range is $120,000-$170,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. When extending an offer, VTG also considers work experience, education, skill level, market considerations and may possibly include contractual requirements which may cause an offer to fall outside of this range.
