VTG is looking for a highly motivated Intelligence Operations Support Officer to join our team in Chantilly VA.
What will you do?
As a Intelligence Operations Support Officer, a typical day will include the following duties:
- Manages current and emergent intelligence reporting to customers, updating, maintaining, and disseminating intelligence products.
- Manages, executes, and tracks intelligence sharing amongst multiple stakeholders.
- Provides continuous intelligence watch, maintaining communication with respective components and partner agencies.
- Monitors Indications and Warning (I&W), and is responsible for determining when a threat needs to be communicated to relevant authority.
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals.
- May serve as a team or task lead.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence operations.
- Experience supporting intelligence operations (e.g.: watch operations or knowledge management).
- Specific certifications or education/training may be required, depending on job assignment.
Program Specific Duties/Responsibilities:
* Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools
* Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
* Customer operations certification desired.
* Overseas experience of at least two overseas tours or from extensive overseas TDY experience desired.
* Served as Chief or Referent for a specialized operations position desired.
* Experience in intelligence operations, analysis, support to field operations desired.
* Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases desired
* Experience using customer databases to monitor traffic and communicate with field office desired.

- Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience)
- 5 - 11 years Technical related experience (Full Performance 5 years, Senior 8 years, Expert 11 years)
