ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI Agents and Agent Platforms to join our team in building a scalable, extensible Agent Platform and developing impactful AI agents leveraging this platform.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on solving complex technical challenges at the intersection of AI, platform engineering, and product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and evolve core components of the AI Agent Platform, including orchestration layers, agent runtime, knowledge integration, tool/skill management, and guardrails
- Develop APIs, SDKs, and developer tools that enable users to build and manage AI agents
- Integrate AI services such as LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, and function-calling APIs into the platform
- Prototype and productionize AI agents for various business use cases
- Collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, AI/ML specialists, and designers
- Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code with a focus on scalability and extensibility
