ABOUT THE ROLE
This role covers the entire post-purchase experience in the e-commerce journey — a critical, customer-facing product that connects multiple smaller features and has impact across several other products.
As Product Manager for Order Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, stability, and continuous evolution of our Order Management System (OMS). You will operate in a dynamic environment where product boundaries are less rigid than in larger organizations, giving you visibility and ownership across multiple domains such as Order Allocation, Fulfillment, and Order Management.
Your work will be at the heart of VTEX’s commerce platform — orchestrating integrations, evolving APIs, and ensuring a seamless experience for merchants and customers globally.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Lead rollouts of existing products and launch new features that impact global merchants and customers.
- Manage and prioritize multiple streams of work, balancing module evolution with stakeholder expectations.
- Drive the evolution of the OMS module, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Develop and maintain critical APIs and other integrations impacting related products.
- Collaborate across domains, including Fulfillment, Order Allocation, and Order Management, to ensure cohesive product evolution.
- Balance short-term deliverables with a long-term strategic vision for the OMS roadmap.
- Engage, align, and manage stakeholders across technical and business areas, navigating high-pressure and complex prioritization environments.
WHO YOU ARE
- Strong background in Product Management with exposure to Order Management Systems (OMS), Fulfillment, or Order Lifecycle processes.
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interdependent roadmaps.
- Strategic and analytical thinker with a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset.
- Experienced in environments with high integration complexity (APIs, multiple products, legacy systems).
- Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Fluent English for cross-functional collaboration in a global context.
