Job Description
- 15 years of SAP PP/PCS experience
- MBoM, Routing and Shop Floor Execution’s SAP Best Practice
- Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire.
- Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck)
- Requirements Management
- Configuration and Documentation
- Key Decision Documentation
- Process Flows
- Authorization and Security
- Test planning (Standard and Custom objects)
- Change Management
- Reporting
- S/4 Experience
- Parameter Effectivity (integration to PLM and MES)
- Classification, MRP, Scheduling and Costing views of the Material Masters
- Work Centers, BoMs and Routings – Revision & ECM
- Production Order Lifecycle (Creation to Confirmation to Goods Receipt) incl. Collective Orders for MTS and MTO with WBS
- External Processing wit Subcontracting
- Production Order Kitting
- Goods Issues (batch managed) and Reversals for Production Order
- Rework and Production Order Splitting
- Availability Checking and Shortage reporting
- Integration with PLM systems
- Integration with MES systems
