Key Responsibilities
- Work as a Product Owner bridging Business, Architecture, and Scrum teams.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Epics, Features, and User Stories.
- Lead requirement decomposition sessions (Business → Architecture → Development).
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare program updates, status reports, and executive presentations.
- Support Agile delivery and Scrum ceremonies.
Required Skills
- 8 years of IT Project/Program Management or Product Owner experience.
- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Confluence.
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Power BI experience.
- Experience working with enterprise-level stakeholders.
