What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead ServiceNow Developer position at vTek Systems Inc?
Lead ServiceNow Developer to support a platform utilized by multiple plans for managing plan updates, inquiries, and service requests. The hired employee will be responsible for designing and developing solutions within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module, including workspace customization and custom application development using UI Builder. The role will partner closely with business and technical teams to enhance user experience, streamline workflows, and support ongoing platform enhancements and integrations.
Primarily remote, onsite in Reston, VA or DC 1-2 times a quarter. Candidates MUST reside in DMV WV states only.
Need to Close:
✅ 12 years of experience in ServiceNow development
✅ Experience developing Customer Service Module
✅ Experience with UI Builder
✅ Certified ServiceNow Developer
Nice to have:
✅ Certified ServiceNow Administrator (together with the developer certification)
