We are looking for an Enrollment Outreach Specialist to support individuals in accessing community programs and services. This field-based role involves frequent travel within the assigned area, including home visits and local appointments, to provide guidance and enrollment assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist community members in completing enrollment applications and understanding program options.
- Conduct in-person visits to guide applicants through the process and answer questions.
- Build partnerships with local organizations, agencies, and advocacy groups to strengthen outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with program standards.
- Track application progress, follow up on pending cases, and help resolve issues for timely enrollment.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or minimum of 12 college credits preferred.
- Prior experience in community outreach, enrollment, or social services is advantageous.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable traveling frequently within the assigned service area.
