Position: Enrollment Support Specialist
Contract Term: 12 Months
Hourly Rate: $20.50 (W2)

We are hiring an Enrollment Support Specialist to help applicants navigate the Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) intake and enrollment process. This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across the assigned county and nearby areas, with frequent in-home visits to assist individuals directly.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide applicants through the HCBS intake, eligibility, and enrollment process from first contact to completion or closure.
- Travel throughout the assigned county and surrounding regions to conduct in-home visits and application appointments.
- Explain program options, participant rights, and responsibilities in a clear and supportive manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with local agencies, community partners, and advocacy groups to strengthen outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation complies with program requirements.
- Track application progress, follow up on pending cases, and resolve issues to keep enrollments on schedule.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or some college coursework with at least 12 credits (preferred).
- Background in community services, social work, or outreach is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse populations.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned area.
