Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and efficiently manage appointment scheduling to optimize daily operations
• Handle medical collections accurately, ensuring all billing and payments are processed promptly
• Maintain detailed records of patient visits, treatments, and owner communications using veterinary software systems
• Assist with animal handling during check-in and check-out, ensuring safety and comfort for pets and staff
• Facilitate communication between clients and veterinary staff regarding treatment plans, follow-up care, and medication instructions

Skills

• Strong understanding of veterinary terminology, animal husbandry, and pet care best practices
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients about pet care instructions and treatment plans

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
