Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service / Sales Representative to support both our existing clients and our efforts to expand into new accounts. This position blends client service with proactive sales outreach and requires a polished communicator who is comfortable building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping grow our customer base within the Large Format Digital Printing industry.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate support.
- Prepare and manage quotes, sales orders, and job tickets with exceptional accuracy.
- Identify, research, and actively pursue prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, networking, and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities and convert leads into active customers.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure project details are clearly communicated and deadlines are met.
- Provide product recommendations and assist customers in selecting appropriate materials and printing solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress toward goals.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
