Requirement Summary:
Looking for an experienced SAP HR Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Payroll and SAP BTP Integration. The candidate will support payroll processing, integrations, and enhancements in a complex SAP HR landscape.
Key Skills Required:
At least 12 years in SAP HCM Payroll (US preferred)
Strong Techno-Functional experience in SAP HR
SAP BTP Integration (CPI, APIs, integrations)
SAP HCM modules: PA & OM (good understanding)
Payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types
Integration with third-party systems (banks, benefits, tax vendors)
Debugging, issue resolution, and payroll support.
