Own transportation required as position requires travel between jobsites.

Supervises the daily activities of employees engaged in janitorial operations; trains employees in performance of job tasks and monitors work performance.

Responsibilities:

Supervises the daily activities of employees engaged in janitorial operations. Orients, trains and supervises employees in the performance of janitorial duties such as cleaning offices and rest rooms, floor and carpet care, etc. ; monitors employee work performance and inspects completed job assignments; ensures the proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies. Monitors employee attendance, safety, performance, and conduct; coordinates with the Project Managers and other appropriate departments (Case Management, Human Resources, etc. ) all disciplinary actions and employee performance and training issues. May interview applicants; prepare schedules, monitor attendance. Prepares employee performance evaluations and conducts time studies as requested or required. Advises Case Management and Project Managers of employee performance and /or behavioral problems areas of concern which may need to be addressed; may assist the Case Manager with goal setting to improve employee performance. Prepares a variety of reports on daily activities and submits to the Project Manager. Maintains daily production statistics such as number of jobs completed, equipment repair logs, passing information to next shift, etc. Responsible for communication of operating/contract issues to Project Managers. Completes inventory of supplies and equipment and notifies Project Manager of any needs. Conducts quality control inspections. Provides daily Quality Control inspections to Project Manager. Monitors equipment for proper operation, safety and security at end of shift. Required to perform janitorial duties at multiple locations. Required to perform janitorial duties such as cleaning offices and restrooms, floor and carpet care, etc. * Manages the performance and development of individuals and teams. Responsible for directing, assigning, and reviewing work. Responsible for discipline of employees or providing input for disciplinary action, up to and including termination. * Commits to being a good steward of LifeBridge Health's resources. * Champions the patient experience and commits to being relationship focused.

* Exposure to electrical power sources, combative patients, visitors or staff or chemicals like cleaning or anesthetic agents. * Incidents of an emergent nature requiring a timely response (i.e. failed equipment, urgent patient care, unruly patient/visitor/staff). * Exposure to bloodborne pathogens & communicable disease. Exposure to blood or body fluids via equipment or patient contact. Page 2 of 3 | November 11, 2025 * Ability to hear, identify and react to alarms, bells and voices. * May require working on-call, weekend, night and evening shift and hours beyond the regular scheduled work day/week. * May be required to sit for prolonged periods of time (more than one hour). * May be required to stand for prolonged periods of time (more than one hour). * Requires the ability to reach equipment, supplies, patients, visitors, staff. * Ability to read or identify things. * Exerts up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently of force frequently to lift, carry, move, push or pull objects.
