*** Temporary Sterilization Tech Position ***Hours: Vary based on coverage needs (potential 2–3 days/week through February)Position Type: Temporary (coverage while a dental assistant is out on leave)We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented PRN Sterilization Tech to support our clinical team during a temporary leave period. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our patients and providers.Key Responsibilities:Follow all OSHA and infection-control protocols in the sterilization processMaintain and manage two Central Sterilization (CSR) stationsProperly turn over operatories between patients (cleaning, disinfecting, restocking)Assist with perio charting during hygiene and clinical appointmentsSupport with administrative and clinical tasks as neededCollaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily workflowWhat We’re Looking For:No prior dental experience requiredFast learner with strong attention to detailDependable, punctual, and able to adapt to varying hoursComfortable following structured processes and safety protocolsPositive attitude and willingness to support the team
