Office Manager – Experienced Dental Leader

High Tide Dentistry, led by Dr. Gaines Hammond, is seeking a highly experienced Dental Office Manager to lead and elevate our established general practice. We have solid systems in place, a strong team focused on excellent patient care, and a loyal patient base. We are looking for a confident leader who can optimize performance and help move the practice to the next level.
This role requires someone highly skilled in A/R management, insurance, treatment planning, and day-to-day operations with the ability to think outside the box, identify solutions, and take initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a 1 doctor / 1 hygienist general practice
- Manage and actively patient and insurance A/R
- Oversee insurance claims, follow-up, posting, and reimbursement accuracy
- Support and strengthen treatment planning and case acceptance
- Monitor production and collections to ensure financial health
- Lead, coach, and support the team
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory standards
- Develop and execute grassroots marketing initiatives to grow the practice
What We’re Looking For
- General dental office management experience
- Strong Dentrix proficiency preferred
- Proven knowledge of commercial insurance
- High-level competence in A/R, insurance follow-up, and financial processes
- A proactive problem-solver and communicator
- Personable, professional, and confident in leadership
- Comfortable taking ownership and driving patient care
