Duties:
- Provided comprehensive nursing care to adult patients across multiple medical-surgical units, adapting to diverse patient populations and unit-specific protocols.
- Conducted thorough patient assessments, monitored vital signs, and evaluated changes in clinical conditions.
- Administered medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments while maintaining medication safety standards.
- Cared for patients with complex medical conditions, including sepsis, CHF, COPD, pneumonia, diabetes, renal disease, and gastrointestinal disorders.
- Monitored cardiac rhythms and telemetry findings, promptly reporting abnormalities and changes in patient status.
