What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support/Administrative Assistant position at VSE of Georgia?
VSE , an automotive equipment distributor, is looking for an administrator to assist its sales and installation departments. This position requires excellent skills in organization and communication. Candidates must be detail-oriented while being able to fit into a fast paced and productive environment. Working as a team member is critical. The position will also involve certain marketing functions for the company so marketing experience will be viewed favorably. In addition, the candidate must be extremely proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
Responsibilities to include:
· Making phone calls to customers to set up and confirm appointments as well as make follow up customer relations follow up calls.
· Assembly of submittals and proposals for sales department.
· Reviewing contracts and producing contract filings for projects.
· Completing and filing billing forms, invoices, and requisition forms for sales department.
· Completing purchase orders and handling certain equipment ordering.
· Preparing invoices for sales contracts.
· Assisting accounting department with sales record keeping.
Hours expected would be from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday with a half-hour for lunch.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
