The role emphasizes the improvement of manufacturing capabilities and the development of innovative solutions for products used in commercial and military applications involving high bypass, turbo-jet, prop or shaft gas turbine/turbo-machinery systems.

- Create and maintain master repair processes including part routings and operations sheets.
- Provide shop support and technical data interpretation to the team.
- Design tools and fixtures as required.
- Review shop discrepancies between technical data and part condition.
- Ensure manufacturing processes and equipment comply with regulations.
- Develop new ideas and research emerging technologies to innovate and expand manufacturing capabilities.
- Communicate with vendors, suppliers and customers and support onsite visits.
- Support repair development and continuous improvement activities as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
