INTERN JOB TITLE:
Engineering Intern – Documentation & Metadata
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The intern will design a repeatable procedure for identifying and cataloging metadata used across all OEM engineering, quality, and inspection documents. Leveraging AI‑assisted parsing tools alongside human review, the intern will create a cross‑reference database showing where specific metadata appears and how it is applied. This resource will enhance accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across engineering workflows. Final deliverables include a metadata cross‑reference database, documented procedures, and recommendations for long‑term metadata management.
Qualifications:
TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:
- General engineering principles, drawing/specification interpretation, data analysis.
