INTERN JOB TITLE:
Corporate Legal Intern
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The intern will support corporate governance, entity management, and public company compliance activities. Responsibilities include maintaining corporate and subsidiary records, preparing board and committee materials, drafting resolutions, and assisting with SEC reporting workflows. They may also support mergers, acquisitions, and financing activities, depending on business needs.
Qualifications:TOP SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
