We are currently seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) to join our care team. The RNA plays a key role in supporting residents’ physical function and overall wellness by assisting with restorative nursing programs designed to maintain or improve mobility, activities of daily living, and range of motion.
Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:

Implement and support individualized restorative nursing programs under the supervision of licensed nursing staff and therapy teams

Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises

Provide ADL care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed

Monitor and record residents’ progress with restorative goals

Encourage resident participation and provide emotional support during activities

Accurately document restorative care in compliance with facility protocols

Respond to call lights promptly and with courtesy

Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, and therapists to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:

Current California CNA certification
-
Restorative Nursing Assistant experience preferred, but not required (training available)

Ability to follow individualized care plans and document accurately

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Physical ability to lift 35 lbs and assist with resident mobility
