Your Role as a Bridge & Structures Engineer:
- Lead development of plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates
- Provide technical expertise in structural design and constructability
- Review, certify, and seal design documents as required
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subconsultants
- Support project scope, schedule, and budget coordination with the Project Manager
- Participate in client and stakeholder meetings
- Mentor junior engineers and promote design best practices

What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- PE license in Indiana (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- 7 years of bridge engineering experience
- Strong technical, communication, and coordination skills
