Prominent West Hills, CA based financial planning firm seeks a full-time/part-time processor to join their growing practice. Processors are responsible for the servicing of client accounts and acting as liaisons between agents, clients, and the home office. Duties are varied, and the work is fast-paced and often complex.

Requirements

· Some college preferred
· 5 years customer service experience preferred
· Most have reliable transportation
Duties
· Some clerical / receptionist duties, including answering phone calls and taking messages.
· Prepare and process documents for investment transactions and provide account service at all levels
· Manage an individual workload based on a client list and specific assigned tasks
· Exhibit exemplary customer service, including explaining transactions to clients, resolving client concerns, and prioritizing client convenience
· Coordinate with outside firms to ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders
· Field informal client complaints and work to resolve them
· Research/audit transactions as needed such as cost basis, RMD requirements, and proper forms
· Coordinate with compliance and operations at home office to ensure proper compliance
· Review products and maintain up-to-date knowledge of existing product lines and changes on an ongoing basis
· Track and update financial records and spreadsheets
· Provide backup answering phones as needed
