Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integrations Engineer with strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations within the Workday ecosystem. This role involves building scalable solutions to ensure seamless data exchange between Workday and external systems while supporting key HR and Finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and external systems
- Build integrations using EIB, Core Connectors (CCW, CCB), and Workday Studio
- Develop and manage inbound/outbound integrations (file-based, APIs, web services)
- Work with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and XSLT transformations
- Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT teams for requirement gathering
- Perform data mapping, transformation, and validation
- Maintain integration documentation and technical specifications
- Support Workday releases and ensure compatibility
- Ensure data security, compliance, and audit readiness
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Active Workday Integrations Certification
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors
- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and web services (REST/SOAP)
- Experience with middleware/integration platforms
- Good understanding of Workday data model and business processes
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Workday HCM and/or Financials modules
