Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Specialist with strong industry relationships and a proven track record of selling countertop slabs. If you know the stone countertop industry, understand how fabrication businesses operate, and are motivated by growth—this is a great opportunity to join a high-momentum company where your results will be recognized and rewarded.
Responsibilities
🔹 Develop and grow new accounts with countertop fabricators, builders, designers, and contractors across Arkansas
🔹 Maintain relationships and drive repeat business with existing customers
🔹 Conduct regular in-person visits to fabricators and job sites
🔹 Promote Bluestone World’s full product line and new arrivals
🔹 Track sales activity and pipeline through our CRM (training provided)
🔹 Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure smooth deliveries and customer satisfaction
🔹 Represent the company professionally at local trade events and industry meet-ups
Requirements
✔ 3–5 years of experience selling stone slabs or countertop slabs
✔ Strong existing relationships with countertop fabricators is a major plus
✔ Self-motivated hunter mentality—proven ability to open new accounts
✔ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel statewide
✔ Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
✔ Spanish speaking (preferred but not required)
Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
