This position is ideal for someone who understands the stone slab market and has established relationships with fabricators, builders, and contractors. The role focuses on driving new business while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
๐น Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new accounts across countertop fabricators, builders, designers, and contractors
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and drive repeat business
- Conduct in-person visits to fabricators and job sites
- Promote the full product portfolio (Quartz, Granite, Marble, Quartzite, Porcelain)
- Track sales pipeline and activities through CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at trade events and industry meet-ups
๐น Required Experience
- 3โ5 years of experience in stone slab or countertop sales
- Strong network within countertop fabricators (highly preferred)
- Proven ability to generate new business (hunter mindset)
- Willingness to travel across Arkansas
- Excellent communication skills
- Spanish speaking is a plus
