The Manager, Inside Sales position is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Inside Sales Specialists towards the achievement of key sales performance metrics. The Manager will drive continuous improvement with customer/prospective customer engagement by phone and sales of vehicles, value-added products, and financing options. Employee will manage a pipeline of opportunities with a focus on increasing sales conversions.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, coach and develop team
- Regular tactical reviews of a salesperson performance
- Regular coaching on both soft and hard skills to drive greater individual and team performance
- Performance manage team to ensure Vroom culture as well as performance expectations are met and where possible exceeded
- Drive continuous improvement in key sales performance metrics
- Regular analysis of performance metrics and reports
- Identifies opportunities to coach and develop team through data to drive greater performance
- Identify areas of opportunity within the sales script and process
