Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Foreman to lead construction teams and oversee the successful execution of complex projects. In this role, you will coordinate daily operations on-site, ensure adherence to safety standards, manage schedules, and maintain quality control. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, foster teamwork, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Duties
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources
- Read and interpret blueprints, Job worksheets & Invoices to guide team activities
- Implement quality control measures to meet safety standards, building codes, and client specifications
- Utilize construction management software such as Jobber & Company Cam for scheduling, documentation, and project tracking
- Monitor project budgets and assist with construction estimating and cost control efforts and complete coordinating expense worksheets.
- Enforce OSHA safety regulations and conduct site safety inspections regularly to maintain a safe work environment
- Oversee management of contracts, change orders, and procurement processes related to the project
- Lead supervising experience in Flooring Projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of flooring installation or remodeling experience
- Proven experience leading crews or acting as a foreman/supervisor
- LVP/LVT (glue-down & floating)
- Tile installation (floors, showers, backsplashes)
- Laminate & hardwood
- Carpet installation (preferred but not required)
- Experience with demolition, floor prep, and self-leveling compounds
