Detailed Job Description

• Good understanding of regulated environments, EGHIPAA and patient privacy considerations.
• CRM or patient management platforms Salesforce Health Cloud, Veeva, or similar.
• 8 years of experience as a BSA in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or Patient Support Services.
• Familiarity with Patient Support Programs PSP, including Intelligent onboarding, Adherence patient engagement, Affordability workflows copay, benefits verification, reimbursement support, Specialty pharmacy processes nice to have.
  
  

Minimum Years Of Experience

• 8-10 years
• Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute
