CDL-A OTR Flatbed Truck Driver

Vrinc LLC is hiring experienced CDL-A OTR Flatbed Drivers for consistent freight, strong weekly mileage, and modern equipment.

This is an OTR position. Drivers must be willing to stay on the road for 3 to 4 weeks at a time, followed by home time.

Pay and Additional Compensation

• Starting pay: $0.75 per mile, increasing up to $0.82 per mile
• 3,500 to 4,200 miles per week
• All loaded and empty miles paid
• $75 tarp pay per load
• $200 for each additional pickup or delivery
• Detention pay: $15 per hour after 3 hours
• Layover pay: $100 per day after 6 hours
• Clean inspection bonus up to $500
• $1,500 driver referral bonus
• Weekly settlements and direct deposit

Actual weekly earnings may vary based on mileage, experience, freight availability, and additional compensation.

Equipment

• 2023–2026 Peterbilt, Volvo, Kenworth, Freightliner, and Mack trucks
• Trucks equipped with an inverter, microwave, refrigerator, and other driver amenities
• Rider and pet friendly
• Lease-purchase opportunity available after 3 months for qualified drivers

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 1 year of OTR driving experience
• At least 6 months of flatbed experience
• Experience securing loads with chains, straps, and tarps
• Acceptable MVR with no major recent violations or accidents
• Must pass a drug test
• No recent DUI or serious criminal charges
• Must be willing to stay out for 3 to 4 weeks at a time

SAP drivers may be considered. Step 6 must be completed, and no more than one prior violation will be considered.
