Job Overview
- 2 Year Old Lead Teacher
- Hours are 8am - 1pm
- Monday - Friday
Our church preschool is seeking a caring, enthusiastic, dependable individual who loves Jesus and little ones to teach one of our 2-year-old classes. The ideal candidate has a passion for early childhood education and is committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
The Preschool Teacher will plan and implement age-appropriate activities, foster positive relationships with children and families, and support the mission and values of our church through daily interactions and classroom instruction.
Qualifications
- Experience working with preschool aged children
- Strong communication, teamwork and patience
- Ability to engage in active classroom duties, including kneeling, bending, sitting on the floor, and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to pass a background check
- CDA preferred
