Job Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills; show a mechanical aptitude for hands-on work.
- Produce neat, clean, and thorough work, maintaining high standards in all tasks.
- Work efficiently, quickly, and with excellent organizational skills to meet project timelines.
- Follow all safety protocols on job sites and while driving, always prioritizing safety for yourself and the team.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their needs, concerns, and expectations professionally.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, taking direction well and support team efforts to complete projects on time.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company.
- Assist journeyman and master electricians with installing, repairing, and maintain electrical systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to assist in accurate electrical system installations.
- Install, repair, and maintain wiring, lighting, and control systems in residential or commercial settings.
- Develop troubleshooting skills to diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations in every task performed.
- Maintain and organize tools, materials, and equipment on the job site to promote a safe and efficient workspace.
- Actively participate in on-the-job training and classes to build technical skills and industry knowledge.
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability, performing additional duties as assigned to support the team.
