Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Property Management Host Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of short-term rental properties in the Las Vegas area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and providing excellent guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs (in-person and/or remote)
- Conduct property inspections before and after guest stays
- Ensure properties are clean, fully stocked, and guest-ready
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with vendors or management
- Deliver supplies (linens, toiletries, etc.) as needed
- Respond promptly to guest messages and resolve issues professionally
- Assist with scheduling, bookings, and light administrative tasks
Requirements
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Ability to travel between multiple properties in the Las Vegas area
- Flexible availability, including weekends and occasional evenings
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals (Airbnb, etc.)
- Basic maintenance or troubleshooting skills
Pay & Benefits
