Position Summary
VRC Technologies is seeking motivated individuals to join our Operations team as Production Operators. This position is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient execution of manufacturing operations including blending, reaction, material transfers, equipment operation, product packaging, and process monitoring.
This role offers a structured career progression path through Operator I, Operator II, and Operator III classifications based on training, qualifications, demonstrated proficiency, performance, and time in role.

Responsibilities
- Execute production activities in accordance with approved procedures and batch records
- Operate pumps, mixers, reactors, transfer systems, and related equipment
- Monitor production processes and communicate operational concerns
- Complete production documentation accurately and timely
- Support product transfers, packaging, and material handling activities
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality requirements
- Participate in housekeeping, inspections, and continuous improvement activities
- Work collaboratively with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Safety teams
- Support production schedules and operational objectives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Schedule & Work Environment
This position is currently scheduled within a Monday through Friday manufacturing operation supporting three production shifts.
Candidates must be willing to work day, evening, or night shifts as assigned and support overtime requirements when business needs dictate.
As the facility continues to grow, operations may transition to a 12-hour shift schedule in the future. Candidates should be flexible and willing to support evolving business and production requirements.
Work is performed in a chemical manufacturing environment and may include exposure to industrial equipment, noise, temperature variations, and chemical products. Required personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, agricultural, construction, oilfield, military, or related experience preferred
- Ability to work safely in a chemical manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Mechanical aptitude preferred
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime as required
- Willingness to support future schedule changes, including potential transition to a 12-hour operating schedule
